    looking for a format of "Credential"

    Can you give the expression written on the "Honorary Credential", which is given to someone wins a certain prize in a competition. Thanks.

    If it is individual recognition for something specific, "Best..." can be used. For example, "Best Cook"

    Or your can use a phrase to reflect the purpose of the award with phrases like:
    "Honorary Recognition for Academic Excellence"
    "Award for Academic Excellence, presented to, Name"
    "Highest Honors for Academic Excellence, presented to, Name"

    If it is a team that won a tournament "...Champions" can be used.
    For example, "Greater Los Angeles Intramural Bowling Champions"

    If you are going to have the award professionally printed, you can probably ask the vendor for suggestions as well. Since itīs their trade they would probably know best for your situation.
