I think "completely broken" is used to describe a financial situation.
My first choice would be ''completely devastated'' but, considering it's not an option here, I'd stick with "shattered" then.
I think you can also say "broken-hearted".
I don't think you can use ''damaged'' here. You can say, however, ''The truck hit my car yesterday. It's completely damaged".
