    Pending or awaiting

    Hello.

I am creating a ticket handling, and I have come to doubt about a word.
I have a list of users and groups, a ticket can wait for a user/group to take action on it. Which would be most correct to use:

    Pending FBH

    or

    Awaiting FBH

    Re: Pending or awaiting

Either could be used. Pending is slightly more formal.
