It was observed that there were some lapses by our employees in case of maintaining attendance at office. To maintain the office decorum, we need to improve in the areas mentioned below:
- A prior approval of leave from the reporting officer before availing leave, OR submit an application after availing a leave with HR, within two days of the availed leave.
- The attendance of all the employees (including field staff) for the period of 26th of the previous month to the 25th of current month, and indicating availed leave details to be submitted on 26th of current month without fail to HR for process of salary.
- Those who are attending work at PNT Head Office should punch their card (IN/OUT) without fail. In case they fail to punch, a proper explanation to be given to HR immediately, along with endorsement of their Reporting Officer.
Failing on the above points, HR may not be held responsible for Loss of Pay (LOP) of employees.
HODs are requested to emphasize the employees accordingly, and instill discipline.
