You might have to give more information. The simple answers so far are:
    1. Yes, language is a system.
    2. Are you sure the term is "creat construction". Creat is not a word.

    Hi,
    Thanks again for your answer.

Sorry, "create construction" I meant, Today I finally found the given answer.

I would appreciate it if you can answer the more questions of mine because I need to know more.

1- What is "head parameter", and the term of "head first" and "head last"?
2- What's difference between "backformation" and "derivation", as we can make a new word from both of them?

    Regards,
    leila

    1. Headedness See here Branching (linguistics - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
    Right-headed example: modification +'cat'
Ex: The dog chased the cheese eating mouse catching cat.

    Left-headed example: 'cat' + modification
Ex: The dog chased the cat that caught the mouse that was eating the cheese.

    2. Backformation removes; derivation adds. Backformation 'presupposes lexical derivation rules and hence cannot be one itself.' Read more here TripAtlas.com - About Back-formation and here Back-formation - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and here Lecture No. 12
