    Help

    Hello,
Please, could you answer the following questions:

    1. scaffolding, surrounding
are these words always uncountable or are they sometimes countable as well?
    2. "a typical British dry ironic answer"
what it the correct word order?

    Thank you very much

Surrounding is countable, scaffolding isn't. "A typical dry, ironic British answer."
