Can we say target this way?

I want to express " A product is developed especially for rich people".
Can we say A is targeted for rich people?

I look it up in the dictionary, there is an entry "target market" which has something to do with what I said.

But can we say target something for someone?
It seems that, according to the entry, the target is the clients, not the products.

    Help.

Re: Can we say target this way?

Whenever I'm unsure about how to write/say something in English I google it.

If I get plenty of results, there's a good chance that I might have found out the correct way.

I believe the correct way to say this would be:

This product is targeted at older people.

Look at the following results, you'll find plenty of other examples:

product targeted at older people - Google Search
