    Hi,
    does the 's' required in this sentence?
    "it doesn't broadcasts outside the USA."

    No.

    verb in a negative present simple sentence gets s with he,she and it, isn't it?

    and could you please explain why was I mistaken writing "does" and not "is"?
    It didn't sound good, but I didn't know why...

    When you write "It doesn't broadcast outside the USA", the "s" you are looking for is already in the word "does" and that is why you don't write only "do" there.
