    from where/where...from, while/when

    Hello,

    Two questions please:

Where do you know her from?
Is the following version correct too?
From where do you know her?

What is the difference (while/when) between these sentences? Is there any?
While driving down the street I saw her.
When driving down the street I saw her.

    Thanks a lot.
    T.

    Re: from where/where...from, while/when

All four sentences are good; the first two are synonymous and the latter two as well.
