    In possible extent

What does this phrase mean. For eg. He promised me to provide a transportation service in possible extent.

    Thanks in advance.

    Re: In possible extent

It is still a strange phrase, it could mean 'as far as possible' or 'as much as the circumstances allow', but I'm just guessing.
