Post Writing an user manual: titles and verbs to be use – Please, can you help me?

I am still writing an user manual and I am not sure about two things.

I wrote down a chapter title like “Printing of Statements, Invoices and Credit Notes” where I am explaining hw to print this kind of documents.

The second aspect is I am not sure how to use verbs in the sentence. For example:

It is always possible put notes into the system by clicking Notes
    OR
It is always possible to put notes into Styleman by clicking Notes

When a page note is opened and any note is already placed, ensure that the latest page is shown by clicking List and then select the interested page
    OR
When a page note is opened and any note is already placed, do ensure that the latest page is shown by clicking List and then to select the interested page

    Many Thanks

If you are writing a manual for Styleman, use the name.

It is always possible to put notes into Styleman by clicking Notes

When a page note is opened and any note is already placed, ensure that the latest page is shown by clicking List and then select the interested page

Also - it is "a" user manual.
