    Hi,

    Is the following sentence correct and clear? Is the punctuation correct?

    IFRS requires that non-traded bonds should be treated as loans and be valued using the credit loss model and not be valued using the market value model used to value traded bonds.

    I would phrase it as follows:
    IFRS requires that non-traded bonds be treated as loans and valued using the credit loss model and not the market value model used to value traded bonds.
