    can I say
    1) i have got a light skin
    2) i have got a fair complexion

    Hello Ripley,

    Both are fine.

    "Light skin" implies a lighter skin than normal, in the context of a person's racial background (e.g. Lewis Hamilton). "Fair complexion" implies a particular kind of pale skin (e.g. Cameron Diaz).
