    It means, 'Tighten your abdominal muscles to keep your 'tummy' (stomach)
    from bulging out.'

    None - it's just that tightening the rectus abdominis muscles often goes with a movement of the diaphragm. (I'm on shaky ground here - Raymott's your man.)
