no use with one personís positive action

    Hi~
Could you help what will be the most natural way to say in this context?

A: Our group has many problem, no one try to take action actively.
We shouldnít go on like this all the time.

B: Same here. I'm almost fed up with our group. Execpt for 2 people, everyone so passive.
Iím also not going to take active action anymore.
It is no use with one personís positive action.
We are a group, should stick together.

I especially wish to know bold one. But if it's possible please help me to correct this converstion in a natural way.. Many thanks~

    Perhaps:
Our group has a lot of problems. Nobody wants to do anything. Nobody wants to take responsibility.
