do not have / have not / have no / have not got

    Please help with this matter.
Are any of these sentences incorrect? If yes (can I write "if yes"?, shouldn't it be "if there are any"?), please write why.

I do not have a car.
    I have not a car.
    I have no car.
I have not got a car. (are sentences with "have got" used also in formal writing?) (should have I written "are THE sentences with "have got""?)

I do not have money. (I don't have to add "ANY money", do I?)
    I have not money.
    I have no money.
I have not got money. (I don't have to add "ANY money", do I?)

I do not have to run.
I have not got to run. (incorrect, I suppose)

I have also the following question. Could somebody please answer?

Which is acceptable as formal BrE writing? Both?
    Have you got a car?
    Do you have a car?
