Passive of "They say that ..."

    Hi, there.
    please tell me

They say that silence is golden.

can be changed into the passive form like

Silence is said to be golden.

    Right?

    If so, how about this?

They say that silence is not golden.

    can be changed into

    or

Moreover, what is the passive form of the followings?

    (B) They don't think that silence is golden.

    (C) They consider that silence is not golden.

    (D) They believe that silence is not golden.
