    Hello~

    Whould you help me how to say naturally? ...

    A: What happen to your face? It's seriously sweelen.

    B: Yea, I was bitten by unknown insect.
    OR I had a insect bit.

    Also rather odd-sounding. Normally you'd just say 'Something bit me'. You would say 'I had an insect bite' if you were describing yourself in some story-telling context: 'I must have looked frightful; I had an enormous insect bite right in the middle of my forehead.'

    PS * Watch out for this. It's a very common mistake when a verb in the past, ending with a /d/ or a /t/, is followed by the word 'to'; if you are learning chiefly by listening it's very easy to miss the tense ending, because the sound is 'lost' in this context.
