    Could you please advised me concerning idiom of "the one who always get asked by every people to do things for them even he/she has no idea how to do?"

    A general dogsbody usually fits the bill.

    A general dogsbody is the one who ends up doing the jobs other people don't want to do for themselves - although that person is more often than not reasonably competent.
