Smile like a drink? or like to have a drink?

Hi~ Would you tell me which one is correct or natural?

    A: ⓐWould you like drink?
ⓑWould you like to have a drink?

B: Yes, I feel like milk. Do you have?

re: like a drink? or like to have a drink?

    Thanks for your help~

Can I ask you one more thing?

ⓐIf I ask " Would you like a drink?" means alcohol? or any types of liquid?

ⓑIf I ask " Would you like to have a drink?" I will be wrong?

"Would you like a drink?" does usually refer to alcoholic beverages. However, "Would you like something to drink?" would include everything. (English is a funny language.)

    Oh~ thanks RonBee,

    I didn't know the differences...

What if I ask my customer in the office

"Would you like something to drink?" It will be ok? or should I have to use other sentence to be more polite?

"Would you like something to drink?" is perfectly fine.
