Smile look it up? check it out?

HI~ Would you help me how to say this naturally please?

A: Do you have mp3 file song called “Hi”

B: I have heard of it, let me ⓐlook it up ( ⓑcheck it out ⓒlook for it ) after coming back home.
If I have I'll bring tomorrow.

    (I am not a teacher)

    I would just say:

Let me look for it when (or after) I get home. If I have it I'll bring it with me tomorrow.
