    Talking How old is that house?

    Hi! Would you help me how to say this naturally please?

    A: How is you new moving in house?

    B: The house is too old so kitchen, living room, bathroom everything is so old.

    A: How old is that house?

    B: It has been build for about 27 years now, so you can imigin without any explanation. can't you?

    A: Yeah,, I can figure out. Sorry to hear that.

    B. The house is so old! The bathroom, the living room, the kitchen -- everything is too old!

    A. How old is the house, exactly?

    B. It was built 27 years ago (or, It's 27 years old), so you can imagine without any further explanation, can't you?

    A. Yes, I can figure it out. Sorry to hear that.
