Talking Hang on, I'm wearing clothes?

HI~ Would you help me how to say this naturally please? ⓐⓑⓒⓓ

A: Knock, Knock... Can I come in?

B: (She has just finished taking shower)
ⓐ Hang on, I'm wearing clothes?
    ⓑ For a second, I'm getting dressed.

A: Oh, sorry, I will come later. I'm not urgent.
