    economy

    Hello,

    What does "economy" mean in this context?

    According to the definition of this word from the dictionary I use. "economy" means "the relationship between production, trade and the supply of money in a particular country or region / financial affairs." But I could not figure out what "economy" refers to here. ?

    Then what is your opinion? And thanks for your help.

    Here's a broader definition of 'economy':
    the management of the resources of a community, country, etc., esp. with a view to its productivity.

    In the context you provided, "economy" refers to the production and supply of honey.
