Post Kindly correct the following items

Please note that Mr. Andy has requested us to arrange to repair the damaged wall paint in the Club house. Originally, this work was carried out by M/s:XXXX.
Please advise me which subcontractor should I contact for this job ?

There are a lot of ways of saying this; and many contextual factors that are unknown. Here's another version to consider:

"I am acting on the authority and request of Mr Andy to arrange the repair of some damaged wall paint in our club house. The original paint work (?) was carried out by XXXX. Please advise me of which subcontractor I may contact for this work.

    Yours etc."

I guess this is to an insurer. Have you made a claim? Do they know about the damage? Has the insurance company said it would pay yet?
Or are you assuming they will pay, and this is your first contact. All of these things and more would affect the wording.
