need mail with good subject line

    situation
As part of the performance review process, your manager asked you to provide some details about how you would like to enhance and develop your communication skills. You have been asked to help identify your own training needs.
    Help me how to
Write a letter to xyz, your manager, detailing the kinds of needs you have for developing communication skills. You should be specific, detailed, and honest. You should also clearly indicate the priority of the need, and why you believe the skills you have listed will make you a more successful professional.

Exactly how do you need to improve your communication skills? One to one verbal communication?

I think that's what you need to do. ("Throughout" should be one word.)

Sub: Building Communication Skills – Development Needs

    Hi XYZ,

As we discussed, during my performance review meeting I believe the training workshop that I have planned will help me work better with each other. Building communication skills should decrease the problems that team members have been bringing to your attention.

The particular skills that I plan to include in the training workshop have been divided into three sessions: “Writing”, “Speaking” and “Listening”. Each session will include a 20-minute information period, a 10-minute demonstration, and a 45-minute practice period.

The “Writing” session includes skills to develop comprehension skills, improve vocabulary, use proper grammar and acquire writing skills. The “Speaking” session includes skills such as to correspond with others and enhance skills in spoken English. The “Listening” session includes skills to let the speaker know you are listening; make eye contact, nod your head, and remain attentive. Please advise me if you would like any changes or additions.

    Regards,

    Sreenivas
