    Smile I really feel stifled

Hello, how can I express this kind of feeling? Would you teach me?
I really want to say something. I know how to say in my language but donít know in English.

A: so, tell me, why do you want to refund it?
I canít pay you back unless you have reasonable reason.

B: I have many reasons but donít know how to say in English.
Oh, dear, ⓐI really feel stifled. ⓑI really feel stuffy.

    Re: I really feel stifled

    Dear Anglika,

    Thanks for the help~

I thought "stifled" and "stuffy" are the same feeling..

Can I ask one more thing?
    - When I want to say something but I can't remember the word. or
    - I explained for over 5 times for him but he still can't get the meanings

I should say " Oh, my god, I fell really stifled "
    Is it correct?

And,, when can I say "I really feel stuffy" ?
