    Re: Question 10

A masterpiece is a work of art that is regarded as the best of its kind.

The term state of the art has to do with the latest, most up to date technology. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with art.

    Re: Question 11

    What´s the difference between :

Can you explain me and Can you explain this to me ?

Is it because on the second example the object is showed ?

In the first sentence, the (direct) object is "me". In that sentence, you are asking someone to explain yourself. You don't understand yourself or what you did.
In reality "Can you explain me?" is virtually never said/written.

In the second sentence, the direct object is "this". You want someone to explain "this" to you. The second sentence is the one you should have used. (as susiedqq indicated)
