Smile How come do you eat your words ?

Hello~ Would you help me with saying this naturally please?

Tenant: Didnt you say the rent is $140?

    Landlord: No, I said $150.

Tenant: It was $130 at the beginning and changed into $145 days ago and you said $140 yesterday. How come it became $150 today?
Come on, How come you eat your words all the time?
ⓑHow come you change your words all the time?
I think I better not to make contract with you.

    Tenant: We agreed on $140.
    Landlord: No, I said $150.
Tenant: It was $130 originally, and then a few days ago you raised it to $145, and then yesterday you lowered it to $140. Now you've raised it again, to $150. You keep changing your mind. I just can't trust you. I think it's best that I don't rent from you.
