Smile Im not here to keep watch on her how

Hello~ Would you help me with saying this naturally please?

One of my flat mates brings her friends all the time. And the Landlord asks me

Landlord: Can I ask one thing? How many friends did she bring this Christmas?
How many slept in here? Did they use a lot of water and electricity?
I should charge extra bill for her.

I: Sorry, if you wonder you better ask her directly.
I think you got mixed up. Im your tenant not your spy.
ⓐIm not here to keep watch on her how many water and electricity use or bring how many friends. And report you all the stuff. Im not happy with that.

Im not here to watch her how many....

A: I'm not her keeper. You should ask her directly.
B: I think you're confused. Im your tenant not your spy.
I don't care how much water and electricity she uses or how many friends she brings home. It's none of my business, so please stop asking me!
