Smile It has been already so so so old.

    Hello~
Today one of my flat mates moved out and this is their conversation.
Would you help me with saying this naturally please?

Landlord: Iím going to first deduct $30 form your bond for breaking toaster before I return your bond.

A: Come on, It has been already so so so old.
If it was not me it should have been broken too.
I'm sure, you can not but admit it.
Itís natural machine goes broken when it gets old.
    And itís public use.
Who knows someone had already broken it and left it.
Itís not faire. I canít pay all of them.

Landlord: Yea, Letís say you are bad luck. And you have to pay for it.

A: ⓐOh, you go too far, you know.
ⓑOh, you have gone too far.
    ⓒOh, you are too much.

A: Come on, It was already very old.
If I hadn't broken it, someone else would have.
    You have to admit that.
Its natural that a machine will break when it gets old.
And its used by the public.
Who knows, someone may have already broken it and not reported the incident.
Its not fair that I have to front the bill.

Landlord: That's your bad luck; you have to pay for it.

A: ⓐOh, this is completely unfair, you know.
I have made a few adjustments, retaining the colloquial feel of the language.

    Another possibility:
A: I'm going to deduct $30 from your deposit for breaking the toaster.
B: Aw c'mon! Give me a break! I can get a new one cheaper than that.
