    right or wrong?

    " Which characteristics that best decribes thermosetting? "

    An English teacher in our technical school is insisting that the above sentence is correct, but it doesn't look good to me. Please help explain why it is wrong (or right, if it is). I am a teacher for a technical subject. Thanks!
