    Talking Iím not going to just pass this time.

    Hello~ Would you help me with saying this naturally please?


    A: How come he still not shows up. It has already passed 1hour. What a irritating.

    B: You know who he is. It’s common to late for 1 hour.

    A: He really make me irritating, I’m not going to just pass this time.

    B: Then what are you going to do?

    A: I’m going to charge him $1 for late 1minte.

    A: It really irritates me. Iím not going to let it go this time.
