    Smile meaning

    There are over 100 brands of pain reliever and most come in various forms and various strengths (such as regular and extra strength).
    What is the meaning of the underlined line?

    Hi, Daisy!

    As an example, 'regular strength' aspirin may have 120 mg while 'extra strength' aspirin may have 240 mg. 'Extra strength' has more punch to it than 'regular strength'.
