    Is it ok to write the following sentence without "not" or "not" must be written to write it correctly? Please explain if there is any grammatical rules aply. Thanks.

    Isn't there anything better than this on TV?

    Hi!

    In my opinion both sentences are ok, but the second one shows a little irritation. The speaker is somewhat irritated by the TV programme.
    I would like to see some experts` opinions on this, though.
