    Please help me discover if the following format is correct for a question sentence, and if it is correct: can you tell what kind of question format it is. A sample is listed here: "You're not tired?" > is this a question and if so: is "Yes" an answer. Thank You

    I think what you mean is Aren't you tired?. I believe you may have Yes, I am! as an answer.
