Hard to comment when we don't know the context, but it's used in this type of sentence.............
"They say she's got a really nice personality, but I've yet to see it!"
"He's supposed to be clever, but I've yet to see it."
You use it to show you're a bit doubtful about what someone or something is made out to be and you're waiting for some evidence to convince you.
