    Hi there,

    Please proofread the following sentences.

    Peter just came back from Lhasa, Tibet, which is 4000 metres above sea level. A lot of friends of his told not to take airplane to a high sea level place because he would have serious high mountain effects when leaving the jet. Then he chose to take a train in the hope of he would gradually let his body get used to the height. When he was at Lhasa, he felt short of breath when he ran, carried his luggage or went cycling. People wore sunglasses in order not to have cataract or glaucoma.
