    1. We call it unreal because it tells us what would happen or how things would be if the situation were different:
    I would love to come to that party if I were invited [ but I am not invited ]


    2. past unreal situation- impossible to fulfill

    I would love to have come to that party last night but I hadn`t been invited[ too late]
    or

    I would have loved to come to that party ......


    3. There might be some other explanation if I think of a causative here.

    I would like to have my mechanic fix my car tomorrow.- meaning I`d love to give my mechanic the resposibility to repair my car.

    "I would love to come." ................(with you when you go.)

    "I went to the cinema last night."
    "I would love to have come." ............(if I had known you were going.)
