You were right! My laptop processor seems to be getting hot.
Yesterday it was extremely hot here, at home, when suddenly my notebook powered off.
Initially I thought it had crashed, but then I noticed that the temperature inside the room was very very high.
Today, I bought a cooler and found out that this business of selling coolers is taking off! The guy at 207 told me that many notebooks need the assistance of a cooler, especially when they are being installed a new operative system.
I also installed a software to monitor the core's temperature. I’ll keep an eye on it from now on and let's see what happens.
Is this text fine, please?

Thanks a lot.
Yes, that comma was just too much.
I'm particularly interested in that kind of construction that you didn't like: they are being installed a new operative system. I think (I may be wrong) that native-speakers write and speak that way.
Please, look at what I found on Google after a very quick search:
This is why we have brought in information technologies to each and every one single school throughout Mexico, no matter that that school is in the most remote place in Mexico, rural area, or indigenous communities. They are being installed a blackboard, electronic digital connections to the internet, so that they have the capacity to prepare themselves, be competitive.
It's from www.gov.ca.gov/speech/784, that belongs to the government of California.
Another example, from www.middlebrookpines.com/2007/news:
We have begun the work of repainting the balcony railings. They are being painted a glossy black which should hold up better than the previous paint.
I think this kind of construction conveys the idea and is also simpler (more simple?) to use. I just would like to make sure it's OK.

You are right. At first glance I did not like that pattern.
They are being installed a new operative system.
Is this middle voice? No passive no active. What else could it be?
I think this kind of structure is the same as "I was told that this child should have been mine".
You will find thousands of entries for it on Coca.
