    business

there are two terms that are use in my work place a lot and I will like to get definition on them.
    1st is a trail close:
exemple: Give me the green light and I will show you how easy it is to get started!
    2nd is tie down:
exemple:1 Do you follow me? / Are you with me? / Do you anderstand what I'm saying?

Can you show how "trail close" is used in a sentence?
