Question What is a MAIN VERB?

I have a question. Well, first of all, I'm 8 years old in elementary school, having problems with my homework. I've asked my parents, but they forgot. Ok, here it goes. The sentence is: We _______ a movie about skyscrapers. The choices are: had climbed, have lifted, will watch, are reading, is going. In this sentence, can I have an example of the MAIN VERB?
