    Help analysing

Hello everybody. Will you please take a look and try to help me with the following?

A: It seems that everything I say to you goes in one ear and out the other.
B: Well, I guess thatís why Iíve got two ears.

I have to analyse this dialogue from a syntactic point of view and I do not remember these aspects very well. I searched and I did my best but I want to make sure it is correct. This is mine:

A: It (preparatory) + V (seems) + S (Noun Clause) (that everything goes in one ear and out the other) -----> Restrictive Relative Clause (I say to you)

    B: S (I) + V(guess) + DO (that's) -----> SC (why I've got two years)

And will you also please tell me what else should I take into consideration when analysing this syntactically? I think it has to be something more because that's a paper I have to write about this short dialogue.
Thank you very much and have a very nice day.

It - impersonal subject. (It can't be a preparatory subject because it's the only one in this sentence).

    seems - a link-verb

that everything I say to you goes in one ear and out the other - a predicative clause

I say to you - an attributive clause (also referred to as relative clause)

B: Well, I guess that’s why I’ve got two ears.

    I - subject

    guess - simple predicate

that's why I've got two ears - object clause

    that - subject

    is - link-verb

why I've got two ears - predicative clause

I wonder how comfortable you are in this terminology. It looks a little different from the terms you used.
