    Smile faithfully or sincerely?

Having a discussion with my boss at the moment about the correct usage of faithfully and sincerely. Most of the letters I type are set out as follows:

    FAO Mr. J. Blogg

    Dear Sirs,

I end the letter with Yours sincerely, but he thinks it should be yours faithfully. Can anyone help? Thank you

    Re: faithfully or sincerely?

Both are correct, but note: yours faithfully is more formal than yours sincerely, so usage depends on the recipient of the letter.
