    Drink explanation

"Vodka stinger with a whiskey back" - well, I heard that in one of the episodes of Family Guy.

From my reasoning, I take that "vodka stinger" is vodka with creme de menthe, but what's whiskey back? Is it like you get a shot of whiskey apart from the drink?

thank you all "seasoned" repliers in advance :)

A whisky chaser - you follow the vodka drink with a whisky [most unwise].
