    Q:Which girl is Brian's sister?
    A:His sister is the girl with long blond hair and glasses.
    His sister is the gril in the pink dress.

    when do we use with or in ?

    Hair is something you can't take off, so we use 'with'. With dresses, etc, you could use either, though 'in' is more common. I'd use 'with'for a scarf.
