    Unhappy Creating Effective Documents

Hello, my question is is that I don't understand what they are asking me in this question. Which guidelines do you think are most important for formatting papers? Also, I'm confused about this one to, Which guidelines appear less important to the message of a business document but more important to the message of an academic paper? I guess I'm dumb or something because I don't have any idea what they're talking about...please help.

    Re: Creating Effective Documents

What they are talking about is presumably this:

"Guidelines for formatting papers" - Google Search

(It doesn't seem to me that much of a research problem - 103 pages.)

The first question is just asking you to sort that lot out (and you might get extra marks by discussing what the question means by 'important').

The second question is asking you to think about the relative needs of aademic and business documents, and decide which of your (Q1) guidelines suit which needs.
