    which is correct?

    or

    This is more usual. You could use 'any vegetable' but it doesn't sound 'English'.

    Did you buy any vegetable from that market may be used, if the any is very emphasized. It would indicate that the person asking is perhaps looking at all the items that were purchased and then asks......... did you buy ANY vegetable? As in at least one vegetable.

    Or, you may say "Have you bought any vegetables at the market."

    Regardless of the "any" thing (and I do agree with Searching), the construction of "Did you bought..." as suggested by Bhaisahab is surely a typo? That would be quite irregular.
