What is the meaning of "A little too not over you"?

My first language is not English but I really like this song by David Archuleta

However, I don't know the meaning of

    1. Over you

    2. Too not over you

    3. A little too not over you

    Please help :)

    1. Over you --I no longer miss you.
Not over you -- I still yearn over you, I still miss you.
    2. Too not over you -- I still miss you, too much
    3. A little too not over you -- I still miss you, a little too much.

PS (added later). For all these, usually it's I'm over you, etc.
