I am in a problem to prepare a speech for our opening ceremony of marketing office. what can i do to prepare it?
First you need to write down the facts that you need to tell people. Dates, places, names, honored guests times etc. Get those onto paper so you don't leave out any of the important details.
Then you need to choose how you are going to deliver the speech. Natural or formal? funny or serious? Long or short and direct.
Think of it like this...three parts.
Open and introduce why we are all there. (break the ice...could be a joke, a statistic or anything).
Then deliver the message...what you are doing there, why we are there.
Close it up. Recap (review) what you said. :)
It is simple but can be daunting when you don't have anything on paper. Get those basic facts on paper and you will be able to move forward.
I hope that helps.
